We were the first customers when KIA changed ownership & opened in 2015! My husband & I were extremely satisfied with our Optima ExGDI for the duration of the lease. So we expected to have the same experience the second time around. After doing our "shopping-around" & comparing our options, we were drawn back to KIA. Giovanni DiRienzi stepped up to the plate & demonstrated that he was a knowledgeable salesman. He knew about the product, provided us with all options, & maintained a professional attitude. We didn't plan to walk out of the showroom that day with a new car, but we did. Even though it was the last day of the month, & deals were meant to be had, we didn't feel pressured, we felt that we had entered into a new agreement on our own terms. Our new 2018 KIA Sportage SX was delivered to our door that evening! Giovanni spent additional time the following evening, reviewing with us all the components of our new vehicle! Its amazing how many crooked dealerships are out there it was a nightmare .I'd go to a dealership that advertised a car and it wasn't there, it happened over and over, finally I came across island Kia .they were honest good people, I worked with Vincent Macaluso. He was sincere a rarety in this business. And Iactually got the price I was looking for and he kept me informed on the status. .car is coming tomorrow and I'm really excite.d

Most grateful - On January 13,2018 I was greeted outside by car salesperson Frida. She was very welcoming and professional throughout the whole buying process on this date. With further assistance from the Mike in the finance department I was able to drive away in a 2015 Toyota RAV4. I'm most grateful for the pleasant and positive experience on this date. I have bought my Kia here in June 2017 and my experience was generally positive. I chose to come to Island Kia in the first place because their internet salesperson was willing to ballpark numbers with me over the phone and said that given what I want to pay for the car there was a deal to be made. I have scheduled test drive and my at the dealership the staff was corteous and helpful. My price negotiation at the dealership only took 20 minutes and the price we negotiated was within a couple of hundred dollars of what I indicated I wanted to pay. The only downside to the whole experience was was a long wait for the finance office, however once inside, it was pretty quick.
I wasn't sure that I wanted to purchase my new car from any local dealership because I had some disappointing experiences in the past. I usually go over the bridge to New Jersey to purchase my cars but I'd heard good things about Island Kia. The sales team were very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to search for the exact model and color of Kia Soul that I wanted (which was not easy to find with the accessories and option package I insisted on). It took them more than a week to find my new dream car which they located more than 100 miles away. I love my new Kia Soul and am glad that I went to Island Kia to buy it. My buying experience was good and I highly recommend Island Kia salesman Kevin Mancuso, and George Engle who helped us with the necessary paperwork.

Just leased my second Kia this year and the way things went I'll be back when these leases are up!
